Admob ads not showing in emulator after play services 9.0.0

After play services 9.0.0 my test ads are not showing in emultor. I says that it doesn't have google play services. Play services 9.0.0 says that it is known issue that ads are not showing on devices without google play services. So i continued to use 8.4.0. Play services 9.0.1 said that the issue is fixed but test ads still not showing. 9.0.2 doesn't fix the problem too. So i continue using 8.4.0 without problems as always but how to use latest version (9.0.2) and show ads on devices without google play services?

Hi Tihomir,

An Android Studio emulator uses System Image with Google APIs which only emulates Google Play Services. Having said that, we are able to reproduce the issue and the team is now looking into this. Thank you for letting us know and we will update you as soon as there is any more information.

Today I tested 9.2.0. The problem still exist. When I use 8.4.0 I see test ads on emulator, when I use 9.0.0 or higher (9.2.0 today) nothing happens when I try to load ad.
