Thank you for providing the requested details in private.
I was able to test both your app (from the App Store) and your ad unit ID (with our sample app), and can confirm that I was getting ads from both of them (see attached screenshots). That said, your app may be currently suffering from an ad-serving issue, where there might simply be no ads to display as of the moment, due to a drop in ad inventory. You may try implementing Mediation to help in the filling of ads during this time.
For further ad-serving concerns, you may visit the AdMob Help Center, or consult with our troubleshooter, for further assistance.
