Creating an add like in google play

Say I want to create an app that shows other apps from google play.
In this app, it is reasonable to place an ad like in google play (that have an orange "Ad" on it), and not a banner or an interracial ad (too big).
How can I do it? I've searched admob but couldn't see a way to do it.

As for how, you can take a look at Native Advanced Ads as it seems to be the one you're looking for based on your description. Do note that Native Ads Advanced are in beta that only a few publishers can access. You may contact your Account Manager (if applicable) or contact our support team if you're looking to participate in the beta. You can also use Native Express Ads, but this has fewer customization options.
