Ad serving is limited

Hey Team,

The Ad serving on our account has been limited for more than 25 days now. We felt this was due to us not registering the test devices while development, so we fixed it immediately. 

But the serving is still not lifted. Our app is an official railway app of the government, Mumbai city division. 

App link (Android) - Yatri - Apps on Google Play

App link (iOS) - ‎Yatri on the App Store (apple.com) 

Our AdMob account is with this same email id.  

Can you please help us with this?
