Ad close button didn't show

Hi All -

I had a user report that ads were showing without close buttons. I suspect they were being blocked by the nav bar, but that's not something I can control. 

I've included the screenshots they shared.

Please advise how best to resolve this

To start an effective investigation, could you please provide us with the following key details:

• app ID

• The specific ad Unit ID

• The SDK version you are using

Once we have this information, we will immediately look into the behavior and proceed with advanced troubleshooting.
