Upon reviewing your concern, I understand that you are facing the following issue “code: 3, message: No fill." in your new AdMob account ad unit IDs. I ran the Google sample applications with your app ID and ad unit IDs and we are able to load the ads.
Please confirm with us that you have provided details of the new account? If not, kindly provide the below information for further investigation:
