[Admob] Ads: No fill from ad server - Failed to load ad: 3

I published a new apps on google play store 7 day ago. But ads never show.
My banner ID: ca-app-pub-4733653719859732/7959390201
My InterstitialAd id: ca-app-pub-4733653719859732/1912856602

I'm using android studio, native app. My app is Design for Families
I hope every will help me solve this error.

Hi Chuyen,

The Error code: 3 or ERROR_CODE_NO_FILL simply means that ad request was successful but there are no ads to be served. One way to resolve this is to mediate to more third-party ad networks.

You may also try running your Ad unit IDs in our Banner Sample App and Interstitial Sample App and check if the issue still persists.

Hi,

I am facing the same issue "Failed to load ad: 3" ,"no fill from ad server". i have tried many Ad IDs but its just show up to 2 3 times after that received the error Code 3. Can anyone guide me the issue?

Hi Hamza,

I received your Banner Ad Unit Id from the private response you sent in another thread. 

Upon testing your Ad Unit Id with our sample app, I was able to load ads successfully. Seeing that you were able to display ads 2 to 3 times, then it could mean that there are just no available ads for your Ad request during those times that you are getting the No fill error, however, we can safely assume that your code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK is working correctly.

One way to help possibly lessen the occurrences of No fills is to try to mediate to supported 3rd party Ad Networks.

I have same issue and I tested my interstitial ad unit in your Sample Interstitial App project with 5 different ad units but every time there was "I/Ads: Ad failed to load : 3" error comes.

I've also been receiving the error: "Ads: Ad failed to load : 3"

The version of the app on the Play Store from a year ago is showing ads but the version in development does not. I've tested both in the Banner Example and in my own implementation. I can message you my publisher and app id if this is something that can be checked on your end.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Can you please share your Ad unit Ids with us to test it on our end? Are you getting no fills with your Ad unit Ids? Are you able to load ads with your Ad unit Ids using our sample apps? You can use "Reply Privately to Author" option to share the details privately.

Thanks for sharing your Ad unit Ids. I was able to load ads with your Ad unit Id using our sample apps without any issues. It seems to be likely an issue with your account/Package name. I'm a teammate of Deepika and I'll be giving my insights as well on this.

I tested your Ad Unit ID with our sample app as well as your published app and I also kept on getting No fill error or Error Code 3. This error usually means that there are just no available ads at the moment.

That said, for testing purposes, as an option, could you try mediating to supported 3rd party Ad Networks and let us know if you are able to load ads?

Hello,

I have tested ad on the same app with my another admob account and it's working fine.
So now the issue is not with package name, its only with my current account and its only occur after i did my account verification.

Can you please assist me to fix this issue?
