Here are a few guidelines that will make it easier for us to help you out:

1) Always first search for the issue or crash you are getting by using the forum search at the top of the page. You may find that your question has already been answered, or it's a known issue that you can follow in another thread.

2) Always post the following information:
  • iOS Mobile Ads SDK version you're using
  • model and OS version of the device that exhibits the issue
  • Your SDK integration code, if relevant
3) For crashes, please provide the full stack trace.
