Ads stopped displaying between 24th and 25th of September

Hello,

we don't see any ads on our app since 24th of September.

We use test IDs on our staging environment and see test ads.

We see requests on our production environment and in the reports.

However no ads are matched and shown.

I checked policy violations, settings, etc but can not find any issue. 

Could we get some help with that?

Our app is the Tonsser app on play store and iOS if you want to check it directly.

I have executed our sample project with the provided IDs on an iPhone 12 device. Production advertisements are unable to load, though test advertisements displayed correctly. However, the execution has resulted in the display of an error message "No ad to show". Upon further investigation, this seems to be a serving issue rather than something specific to the Mobile Ads SDK. 

To help resolve the issue you've been experiencing with the production Ads, I'm adding AdMob Product Support Team with expertise in troubleshooting. You'll receive an email shortly with the teams involved.
