Error Admob in Unity 3d Version 4.6.8

I used Unity3d version 4.6.8 and SDK Android version new Android 6.
I have a problem build APK error :
Error building Player: CommandInvokationFailure: Failed to re-package resources. See the Console for details.

Hi Thach,

I have seen this issue occurred before, but since there can be many reasons behind it, I'd suggest reading up on this Unity blog post to have a better understanding of what's going on.  Do let us know if one of the posted recommendations resolves the issue.

Because (at 'theme' with value '@style/Theme.IAPTheme') and '@integer/google_play_services_version' require minSdk = 23. You need to modify your minSdk in AndroidManifest.xml
