Admob and Desktop Browser Extensions

Since Adsense does not allow the usage of browser extensions, would it
be alright to replace ads using a desktop browser extension if the
user allows it?

By replace ads I mean, on each page the desktop browser extension user
visits, I would remove the current Adsense ad, and include my own.

Would like to know whether or not this would be allowed by AdMob.

Unfortunately you can only integrate AdMob into native mobile apps.
