why all ads request are tagged "personalization disabled"? any settings could be incorrect?

Hi Ting,

The default behavior of the Mobile Ads SDK is to served personalized ads. Have you configured your AdMob messaging under Privacy and messaging tab? Could you share your AdMob App ID? In addition, is the error that you were getting came from the project logs?

Hi, i have got no restrictions ads showing this morning, after i have exit the family program and contact to firebase. Would like to know which one is relevant.

Hello,

Kindly note that the SDK just requests an ad to the ad server and I'm afraid that it doesn't have any control on ad serving. This is more of an ad serving issue which is out of scope to our team. That said, we would recommend raising this to our Product Support team (https://support.google.com/admob/thread/new?hl=en) instead as they are better equipped in handling these concerns.
