Hello,

I am getting error code : 0 and not displaying live ads in my current project.
while with the same ad unit id, i have tested in demo app and its working fine. it is displaying live ads.
so what is wrong with my current project?

my project package name is "com.nova"
app unit id: ca-app-pub-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX/XXXXXXXXXX
Mobile app id: ca-app-pub-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX~XXXXXXXXXX

Hi,

I tested your Ad Unit Id with our sample app and I was also able to load ads successfully. Since we were both able to load ads successfully in the sample app, then there's no issue with your Ad Unit Id. Please note that the Error Code: 0 or Internal Error means that something happened internally; for instance, an invalid response was received from the ad server.

However, upon checking, it seems that this is more of an Ad serving issue rather than anything specific to the Mobile Ads SDK. Please reach out to the Product Support Team with the same details you provided here and they will be able to assist you further on this. You may also use this troubleshooter for additional assistance.
