DoubleClick by Publisher- Android app doesn't show ads for specific package name .

I am having one app which is a released version. My app was working fine but suddenly the ads stopped displaying on my app. And the same ad unit id if I use in the different packaged name then it is working fine. I have tried with different ad Unit id from different apps with the same app which is not showing ads but it was not working. Do package name can be blocked from your side or it is another issue? And in the app where the ad is not displaying always says the ad is displayed but ad not showing. I have attached screenshots for your reference.

Please help me with this. I am stuck on this issue for 2 weeks. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Can you please share your Ad unit Id for us to test it on our end? Also, can you try with our Sample apps and see if you are able to load ads?

You can use "Reply privately to Author" option to share the Ad unit Id privately.

Hi Aakruti, 

Thanks for sharing the ad unit Id. I was able to load ads with your Ad Unit Id using our Sample apps. If you are not able to load ads only with a Specific Package name, then there might be an issue with that and we would suggest that you contact our Product Support Team  and you can slo post in the Product Help Forum as they are the appropriate team to assist you on this.
