ads accidentally stoped showing :(((

Hi everyone, could you please help me to solve this problem, im really tired to find out the solution for this issue.
Well, one month ago I started to discover Admob for my VPN app, I've passed all necessary checks and requirements to be able to show ads in my app: set up mediation, linked firebase, adsence, ads,  also  my company's bank account was verified, address, etc. Finally it worked and I was so satisfied, but since last week I started to get error NO AD CONFIG. The funny thing that I didn't change or update anything in app or in admob, adsence, ads  accounts since ads started to work. Funny thing that app with a test ad identification works perfectly. I also wrote 2-3 letters to Google support with proper explanation of my issue and steps what I've done trying to solve it, but no reply, nothing. I understand that Google has plenty of this issues per day, but still hoped for reply, but nothing. So, I  just gave up. I've checked 10 times help instruction with common ads issues and have nothing to solve as well as Policy Center shows - No current issues.
I will appreciate if someone can show me the right way to solve this issue.
