Hi,

Some one year back I have implemented AdMob mediation in one of game. But after that I have not used in any next games, only AdMob. But due to repetitive Ad Serving limit imposed by AdMob, my last two months revenue is close to ZERO. So now I would like reintroduced mediation in 4 games.

Last time when I have implemented mediation, I have downloaded Unity and Audience Network packages, imported it in my Unity project, configured mediation in AdMob and I was done.

1. GoogleMobileAdsFacebookMediation.unitypackage
2. GoogleMobileAdsUnityAdsMediation.unitypackage

Now I am trying to find these packages (updated version) but could not. Everywhere it points to some Git repository but no asset package.

So please help someone who has recently integrated mediation.

1. Are .unitypackage deprecated?
2. Do I need to follow implementation instructions mentioned in below link. It says I need to make changes in my build.gradle, import some .aar files from Maven Repository and so on. Really hard way.

Thanks

Hello there,

Thank you for your question. The .unitypackage files can be found here
https://developers.google.com/admob/unity/mediation/unity#unity-ads-unity-mediation-plugin-changelog by clicking on “Version 3.2.1” (for example).

I would strongly recommend following the implementation instructions.

Regards,
Justin

Thanks Justin,

That link worked. There are two almost same link/documentation available for integrating AdMob mediation. All instructions & screenshots are same, only where and how to get mediation plugin is different. This is really confusing. The links which I have found and followed are pointing to Git repositories.

The link which you have sent me have direct download for the packages. As you can see both links are almost identical. Using packages are really convenient as compare to procedure mentioned in above links. Not sure if you are from AdMob team, but if you are, I would really appreciate if you guys can do something to merge both documentation into one.
