Ads Stopped Showing in IOS Application

My Ads suddenly stopped showing in my ios application on all versions . I could not able to contact admob support I am gettings ads requests but no impressions.

Thank you for contacting the Mobile Ads SDK Support team.

Please use the following help center article to understand Common reasons for ads not showing and use the Can't See Ads Troubleshooter to debug the issue.

Could you kindly provide the below information via reply to author option for further investigation:

  • app ID
  • ad unit ID
  • Mobile Ads SDK version

Could you try once by enabling the Ad Inspector? And then share the export request and response file generated from the Ad Inspector to us for further investigation.

Note:You can export the ad response only after you add your test device in the AdMob UI.

Hi,

Thank you for providing the requested information. 

Please note that the app ID and ad unit ID provided are of different accounts. 

This ad unit ID “ca-app-pub-6823918693311400/6009790405” is associated with the app ID “ca-app-pub-6823918693311400~6552306767”of another account not the app ID that you have shared “ ca-app-pub-3295xxxxxx92~28xxxxxxxx36”. I checked your AdMob account and the reported app “Mercury VPN: Fast Secure VPN” is in Requires review state meaning Your app hasn’t been reviewed yet. To prompt a review, make sure your app has been verified and linked to a supported app store in AdMob. During the review, apps may experience limited ad serving. Reviews typically take 2-3 days, but in some cases we may require more time to evaluate your app. I ran the Google InterstitialExample with the app ID: ca-app-pub-3295xxxxxx92~28xxxxxxxx36 and ad unit ID interstitial_splash: ca-app-pub-3295xxxxxx92/43xxxxx68 in the GMA SDK version 12.1.0 and I can see that the ads loading. 

The provided ad unit ID “ca-app-pub-6823xxxxxxxxx00/60xxxxxx05” is not associated with the provided app ID or any of the apps in the account. I ran the Google InterstitialExample with the app ID: ca-app-pub-3295xxxxxx92~28xxxxxxxx36 and ad unit ID interstitial_splash: ca-app-pub-3295xxxxxx92/43xxxxx68 in the GMA SDK version 12.1.0 and I can see that the ads loading and impression being called successfully with the function adDidRecordImpression(_ ad: FullScreenPresentingAd) implemented. 

Can you confirm if the issue exists for the reported app? If yes, kindly share us with the single account details, Charles logs and sample project reproducing the issue as requested earlier.
