Hi Spike Wuller,
Thank you for getting back to us.
After reviewing your AdMob account I found that your Campaign testtest with Campaign ID “***4147” is Tam 1 and the status of it is Enabled and you can see ads whereas Tam 2 for Campaign Android_A8_test with campaign ID “***8313 " ended on Feb 7 24 and that is the reason Tam 2 is not showing ads.
Your campaign’s status lets you know whether your campaigns are running or not. Check the Status column to see if your campaigns are running as you'd expect, or address any issues that may be holding up your campaign.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
Hi Spike Wuller,
Thank you for getting back to us with the video which illustrated the issue clearly.
For refresh ads not working I checked campaigns 20962063125 and 20988794147 and I was not able to find the refresh rate set for these ad unit IDs/campaigns. Can you please confirm whether the refresh rate was set for the mentioned campaigns? Also for your information, An ad unit’s automatic refresh rate determines how often a new ad request is generated for that ad unit. Can you confirm whether the same issue is reproducible in our Google Sample projects? If yes, Kindly provide the sample project reproducing the issue which includes the affected ad unit ID privately.
Note: Only banner ads have the automatic refresh option available in advanced settings.
You can provide the following details via reply privately to the author option or directly provide it to the link below.

Hi Spike Wuller,
Thank you for getting back to us.
Please note that we did not receive a sample project to investigate further. However, I have run the Google Native advanced iOS app and Android app with the ad unit ID you have provided and the issue is not reproducible. Since it's not reproducible on our end I'm not able to progress further on this issue. Can you send the sample project reproducing the issue as requested earlier?
Hi Spike Wuller,
Thank you for providing the sample project. However, the project that you have provided is the Android Google Sample project and it didn’t help us in investigating this issue or making progress in this issue.
I have run this Android Google Sample project with your ad unit ID ca-app-pub-1094xxxxxxxx/xxxx7821 and I can see the ads loaded successfully and working as expected. In order to make progress in this issue we would require a sample project reproducing the issue.
