Payments AdMob strange issue

Hi, i have a serious problem with the payment of Google AdMob. I have gained about 200 € with the ADS but into the website (Payments -> Transaction history) i've this values: revenue due € 103,98. 01/feb/2014 - 21/feb/2014. 1 feb initial balance. 6 feb Traffic invalid - Applications AdMob - AdWords Ads. In Billing -> Transaction history i have: 01/feb/2014 - 21/feb/2014 No transactions for this date range. The strange thing is that the application for Android AdSense marks me 190 Euros. Why? How do I request payment? In the payments section as a form of payment I have my bank account while in billing sections me marks VISA. I hope to receive assistance. Thanks in advance.
