Hi Arvin,

I work with Mark and will try to assist you. We received 2 of your private messages and you can safely use that method to send your ad unit Id's and app Id so that we can test on our end. It looks like you didn't receive our reply. We can answer you on the forum though regardless.

Kind regards,
Aryeh Baker

Hi Arvin,

Thank you for giving us your Id's in private. I tested your Id's in our sample apps (banner example) using the following steps:

I ran the modified app with your Id's in a simulator and received in the Xcode output window "adView:didFailToReceiveAdWithError: Request Error: No ad to show., 1".

This webpage explains that error code 1 means The ad request was successful, but no ad was returned. You are not receiving ads due to lack of inventory. This also means that your ad unit id and app id are correct. If you would use our test ads and test app Id that come with that sample in your app and you see an ad you will prove that your SDK implementation is correct. Kindly note that ad inventory issues are out of scope of this forum, for we only support integrating the Mobile Ads SDK into apps. The forum that addresses ad inventory is the AdMob Forum. With that  being said, since you mentioned that your account is relatively new, I can offer advice that I've heard that seems to be especially helpful for those who are just starting out with AdMob relating to increasing ad inventory:

I have heard that account setup is crucial for ad serving for new AdMob users, and it's understandable that advertisers would want a safe return on investment just as much as app publishers do.

Kind regards,

Hi Arvind,

Thank you for getting back to us privately.

As mentioned by my colleagues on the previous conversations, this support channel can only assists you with the code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK. Since this issue is more on ad-serving, we recommend reaching out to the Product Support Team so that the product specialists there would be able to provide their insights to this.
