Account Suspended

We already has Admob implemented in our apps, today the eCPM got really high, exceeding 20$ for android and 10$ for iOS, without any idea why it increased, we were even in the soft launch of the app, then suddenly after a few hours the account got suspended for 30 days?????? Really??? Without any warning or even without any obvious reason?? That is totally unfair and unprofessional. If self clicks happened it may be due misclicks as we are 5 different developers testing on different devices.
