Just test ads after 5 days publishing

Hi,

My Admob account is new (10 days old), but the app still shows only test ads 5 days after publishing. Is this normal ?
In the Admob portal everything looks fine -  I see that "Your account is approved" ; there are no errors anywhere, the App says that it is "Ready" , I see metrics that are non-zero -

It appears that you did not received the last response from my colleague. Thus, allow me to repost it here for your information.

 

As per checking your ad unit id, I wasn't able to load ads on it. However, for your concern, the possible reason that test ads show in your app that is already been published are due to the following:

 

 

Given that, we would recommend to check the following condition above and make sure that your implementation does not hit any of it.

 

Kindly do let us know should the above information not be sufficient to resolve your issue.

Hi, 

Thanks for the response, but both suggestions do not apply to me - the ads do not run on emulator and I am not seeing ads only on the enabled test devices. 
Can you double-check that you do not load ads? Customers report that they see the test ads . Also, the Admob's user metrics show that that customers see ads and there are about 3000 active user per day (please, check the attached screenshots from my account):

Thank you for your response.

 

Upon checking your account, you appear to have a payment hold status due to pending PIN. This could cause the no ads error when my colleague tested your ad unit. To confirm, have you checked your code if you added test devices programatically?

Dear Zoilo,

Thank you for the reply. I have added my two test devices using the  AdMob UI  ; the game engine does not allow to check the code  programatically . Is there any other way to test this? 

On the other hand - my total earnings are 0 EUR and based on my understanding - my account says that I haven't reached the  payment method selection threshold

Dear Pamela,

I have just sent again the file as larger attachment (larger than 25mb) . Please, confirm that you have received it this time. 

Regarding the other issues:
1.  For the past week the crawler have not managed to find my app-ads.txt file. As a test-  since yesterday (~24 hours ago) the domain (in the Google Play Console) has been changed to https://lff9ae00b.app-ads-txt.com and now I am waiting again for the crawler to find it  ; now the app-ads.txt is located at https://lff9ae00b.app-ads-txt.com/app-ads.txt and this file is clearly accessible. 
2. I have triple-checked - in the build I am using my App ID and my Ad Unit ID , not the test ones.

Dear Chris,

Thank you for your reply. After a lot of troubleshooting - it turns out there had been an error in the implementation of the SDK from my side. Two days ago, finally, the crawler also found the app-ads.txt (after the domain change) and now the real ads are showing. 
In my account - I do not see a payment error.
