Admob - unable to choose payment method

to Google Mobile Ads SDK Developers

Hi, hope someone can help.

Have just setup Admob, got everything installed, SDK integrated and working fine with test (interstitial) ads.

However, in Google Admob > Payments > Payments Information ? How you get paid..

The button for 'Choose payment method' is greyed out, and I can press it. How do I set my primary payment method?
