Hello there  should I need set consent value every time .Before sdk initialize For example

AppLovin.SetHasUserConsent(true/false);

IronSource.SetConsent(true/false);

Thank you for reaching out to us.

As per checking in our documentation for Unity mediation network, I've see that it was optional steps to implement in your application. That following sample code shows how to pass consent information to the ironSource SDK. If you choose to call this method, it is recommended that you do so prior to requesting ads via the Google Mobile Ads SDK.

Yeah I know that but I, am asking that it was necessary for me to get consent each time when my app start ? or not
..

Teejay here. Allow me to assist you in this.

With regard to your concern, yes,  when using the Consent SDK, it is recommended that you determine the status of a user's consent at every app launch and use its value before initializing the SDK
