Hi, We have uprated to new admob since the start of January 2013.We had earned 7.96$ in our legacy account that did not pay . How can We get these money???

There is an error response when i tried to submit that form 

This form is for advertisers only. Unpaid publisher earnings from your legacy AdMob account will be paid as normal through the regular payment cycle, even if it has not met the payment threshold.

And until know I still get being paid for my old legacy admob
