 if my  app has Location permission   and I want to stop Admob to take user location automatically ..

With regard to your concern, for android the easiest way to check if your app has permission of location, is to look into your settings of your app and check if the location is enabled. The other way is to check if you included a location permission in your android manifest file. For iOS, you can check into your info.plist if you included something like NSLocationUsageDescription. Then if you want to enable this to the AdMob console, we recommend reaching out to the Product Support Team to assist you better with regard to this.
