Restricted ad serving - Site Behavior: Navigation

I'm facing a policy error in my Ad Mob account. After multiple iteration of review and updates, I was unable to get rid of the policy violation.

Now to fix this issue i deleted the problematic screen that was just a walkthrough. I resubmit the application on AppStore. The again go for review on Ad Mob but this time again ad mob give me exception and attach the below screenshot there. I personally verify on multiple devices this screen is no more present in the application newer version. 
  1. How can Ad mob seeing this screen? 
  2. It it due to some error result?
  3. How can I get rid of this policy violation?

Make sure that you are using the latest version of the AdMob SDK. Check for any updates to the SDK and make sure you've integrated the most recent version and also ensure that you have followed the implementation guidelines

Could you provide the below information via reply privately to the author option. So, we can review the account and provide you with an update.

  • app ID
  • ad unit ID
  • Mobile Ads SDK Version being used
  • Starck Trace

Hi Abdur,

Thank you for sharing the requested information.

Upon checking your account, I found a "Site Behavior: Navigation" issue in the policy center which requires immediate attention and rectification.

You need to fix some issues to restore regular ad serving. Start with "Must fix" issues and ensure your app meets AdMob Program Policies. Other issues are optional to fix, but recommended since they affect ad serving.

The "Site Behavior: Navigation Must fix" policy error is related to your implementation which might have to do something with the navigation of the app in general. We would recommend checking the following:

  • Your app must not make any false claims or provide fake content.
  • All buttons within your app must be functional and serve a specific purpose. Please note that non-functional buttons, such as those leading to broken URLs, are not permitted.
  • The app must refrain from redirecting users to irrelevant or misleading content.
  • The ad should not obscure or overlap any usable elements of the app.
  • The ad should not interfere with the intended functionality of the app.

We would also recommend checking our implementation guidance. In addition to this, you may check our sample app which you can use as for your implementation reference.
