Upon checking your account, I found a "Site Behavior: Navigation" issue in the policy center which requires immediate attention and rectification.
You need to fix some issues to restore regular ad serving. Start with "Must fix" issues and ensure your app meets AdMob Program Policies. Other issues are optional to fix, but recommended since they affect ad serving.
The "Site Behavior: Navigation Must fix" policy error is related to your implementation which might have to do something with the navigation of the app in general. We would recommend checking the following:
