Interstitial improvement requests

Hi,

I do have some feature requests for the Interstitials:

1. Transparent background: It has been discussed in thsi forum but with no result. It would be nice to have a transparent background on Android and iOS interstitials
2. Sliding: On iOS the interstitial slides in from the bottom. It would be better if it just appears or at least customizable if it slides in or not. This does not look good for all customers
3. Custom Close Button: It should be possible to remove the close Button on interstitials like described in the MRAID standards (http://www.iab.net/media/file/IABMRAIDVersionOnefinal.pdf)
4. Be able to stop the interstitial from opening via javascript function in custom template when there is no proper ad to display. There could be a javascript function in the Google AdMob Api for ads http://media.admob.com/api/v1/docs/

I checked with one of our iOS engineers, and the useCustomClose method listed at http://media.admob.com/api/v1/docs/ is now working.  You should be able to call that from the JS in an interstitial and see the native close button disappear.
