Getting billed for Unknown Campaign 'Starter Campaign'

Looking at the billing transactions, I can see that I am getting billed approx $0.65 everyday. 

In the 'Description' it states 'campaign activity - x clicks'. On clicking this description link, it opens the 'Campaign Activity' page where the name is displayed as 'Starter Campaign'

I want to disable/remove this campaign, but cannot find it anywhere. This is not my campaign and does not exist in the 'Promote' section.  

I thought all the campaigns exist in the 'Promote' page.

Can anyone help please?
