Request for Clarification Regarding Disabled Ad Serving and Policy Compliance

Dear AdMob Team,

Thank you for your response and for taking the time to review my case.

In the past months, I have repeatedly been directed to review the AdMob and Google Play policy center. I have carefully read all the relevant policy sections multiple times, updated my app repeatedly to comply with every requirement mentioned, and performed thorough checks to ensure full adherence. Despite all these efforts, I still have not been able to determine the exact reason for the “Disabled ad serving – App not compliant with program policies” warning.

Therefore, I kindly request the following:

Please clearly specify which feature, which screen, which type of content, or which behavior in my application has been considered a policy violation. If the issue is related to sensitive content, improper placement, user experience, misleading behavior, invalid traffic, or any similar category, knowing this precisely is crucial for me to correct any issues as quickly as possible and bring my app into full compliance.

I fully respect AdMob’s efforts to maintain a safe and trustworthy ecosystem. My application is strictly educational and is designed to be clean, compliant, and user-friendly at all times. I am fully committed to meeting all policy requirements and am ready to make any necessary adjustments.

If you could inform me about the specific violation or point of non-compliance identified in your review, I will immediately take action and implement all required changes without delay.

Thank you for contacting Mobile Ads SDK support team.

Please note that we have seen one more thread created for the same issue. I would suggest continuing communication to the Mobile Ads team on the one thread.

After checking your account we have confirmed that your app is still in "getting ready", this means that Google is still reviewing your app. When you first sign up for AdMob, your account must be verified before it’s approved to serve ads. To have your account verified, you must enter your payment details. The verification process typically takes up to 24 hours, but in rare cases can take up to 2 weeks.

Note that apps will remain in the "Getting Ready" status until you add your payment details.
