AdMob: can't delete a PROMOTE Ad

In my AdMod dashboard I can't delete a Promote Ad, even if it isn't set in a campaign.

An error message appear:

There was an error with your operation. If you were trying to make a change, it may not have saved. 

Please refresh this page to try again. 

If the error continues, log out of your AdWords account, then log in again and return to this page.

Unfortunately this Ad is blocking all my iOS campaigns.

How should I do?

Here is our guidelines on how to change the status of a campaign. However, if you are still unable to delete/change the campaign, then I would suggest you to contact our AdMob Product Support team and they would be able to look into your issue.

Hi, my question is similar, but I am interested to know if I need to delete the Ad Unit ID, too. (or just the campaign)
