Daily budget not respected

Hi,

I'm a first user of admob (since two weeks) and I setup a test campaign with three banners. I set the daily budget to 1$ and the mac CPC 0.1$ (it's a test...). After running the campaign few hours I found that I spent 30$. So I paused the campaign and double checked all the parameters.

The I ran a second time for 1,5 hours and I spent 5$. It seems the daily budget is not respected at all.

I suppose I'm wrong somewhere, but I don't know where to check.

By mistake I put  £1 instead of  £0.01 in Max CPC and it cost me  £98.33. But my daily budget was £1.00/day. Is it possible to do something with this? Can I use the same form?
