Based on the error logs provided, it seems like the out of memory crash wasn't caused by Google Mobile Ads SDK, and typically the issue is caused by the developer's app using too much memory. May I ask have you taken any approaches yet to address you app's overall memory usage?
In addition, it is recommended to use the latest version of Google Mobile Ads SDK/ Unity plugin.
