Hi there,

I've responded to you on this thread. Kindly refrain from opening multiple thread with your concern for better tracking of issues.

Hello,

We have a couple of issues that we need help with.

We recently moved one of our apps over to our publisher’s main account.
When we download our old app in our own region from the Play store all of the ads work fine.

However, with the publisher’s new app, ads will work in test, and will work with a sideloaded apk. They do not work when downloaded from the Google play store.

We uploaded and verified an app-id.txt as well.

Is there any way to troubleshoot?

Ideally, we’d like to delink all of our ad units and publisher id’s from our Publisher’s version and use their Admob information. Is there a document we can look at to make that happen? It doesn't seem like we can delink or delete verified apps from the dashboard.

Here are our publisher and ad unit ids

verification id ca-app-pub-xxx~xxx
App unit ca-app-pub-xxx/xxx
Publisher google.com, pub-xxx, DIRECT, f08c47fec0942fa0

This is the log we're seeing in the publisher's app.

Hi there,

Thank you for raising this to us.

Could you please elaborate the details of your use case? As per my understanding, there is an old AdMob account that your app currently using, and you want to use the new AdMob account (including its new Ad Unit ID) into your existing app? Is this correct?

As an aside, I have to mask your post as it contains sensitive information. Please refrain from posting sensitive information like Ad Unit ID in the forum.
