ADMob banner fullscreen size on ios

Is it possible create fullscreen banner on ios platform?

You mean interstitial ads? 

Interstitials are full screen advertisements which shown with an event or action covers all the content on screen. Have a close button. Banners are basically ads shown top/bottom of the content all the time in a view.

Here you can find tutorial for interstitial ads.

So what you are asking Interstitial Ads.
