Video ads sound based on device Silent mode

Dear Team ,

I am using  Google-Mobile-Ads-SDK (7.69.0) in my App.

through pod 'Google-Mobile-Ads-SDK', '7.69.0'

my App supports video Ads as well .

1.When device,  silent mode is ON , I am not able get any sound from video ads 

but if device silent mode is OFF , I am able get the sound from video ads and also able to increase  volume up/down ,  means  works perfectly fine.

Is it a bug or any API there where I can set , irrespective  of device silent mode ON/OFF it should give sound and user can mute/unmute using video player control .?
