Hello,

Thank you for contacting us. Error code: 0 is usually experienced when an invalid response has been received from the ad server. Would you be able to provide us your Ad Unit ID, so I can take a look and assist you further. Also, note that if this is a newly created Ad Unit ID, it might take a few hours to start serving live ads. I'd suggest that you wait for few hours and try again.

Additionally, do look out for an email requesting your Ad Unit ID privately.

Regards,

Hello,

Thank you for writing back to support. That's right, a Native Express Ad Unit ID can be used to load Native Express ads only. You may refer to our Native Express sample app to try out your Ad Unit ID. That said, Native Ads Advanced is a limited beta release. To enroll yourself in this program, you will have to reach out to the Technical Account Manager (TAM). If you do not have one, you will have to contact the AdMob Product Support Team and they will be able to assist you further. Meanwhile, you can use our Native Advanced Test Ad Unit IDs and our sample app for taking a look at the feature.

Bharani

I am having the same issue, I must admit that this process is bit messy with tutorial widely available(for native advanced) and all the language around express being discontinued
that naturally steers you in direction of the future, however only to find that future is not there yet and we are left in vacuum unless we are part of closed BETA. I have been trying to contact
someone in Admob to join this program as I really like Native ads advanced and it is seamless with rest of the application look and feel, especially when you have two different themes, but I have not gotten
any responses. Neither do I have clue when this is going to hit public release now that express is being phased out.

Can someone help me?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out regarding changes to our AdMob native offerings. Over time we have observed that native express has not been optimal for achieving the best user experience and monetization performance for AdMob publishers. As a result, we will be deprecating this functionality. Please refer to this article regarding the announcement.

We recommend that you consider taking a look at and implementing our Google-optimized banner solution in place of your native express ad units. You may refer to the Banner ad unit creation article and our developer guides (AndroidiOS). Let me know if you have any other questions.

It also says this "The native express ad format is being discontinued. Going forward, AdMob will be focusing on the native advanced ad format instead, which is available in a limited-access beta." When do you expect this to be available? Or how do I access this beta program?

Best

Hi there,

Thank you for contacting us. If your concern is regarding the Native Advanced feature, we currently do not have a timeline for the release. Meanwhile, you can continue using our other ad formats, like the Banner and Interstitials ads. You may refer to our guides for additional guidance. If you have any other specific concerns, please elaborate and I'll be happy to assist you.
