Can not display ads on Android app

Hi Support team,

Here is my app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vietapps.watchface

I have published it on GooglePlay and already linked the app with Admob. But until now I have not seen the ad display. Please help me check. If the app has any problem let me know.

Hi Apps Viet,

Thank you for the additional information. We would start by suggesting that you read this article which talks about new apps that have just been released. The other thing we are suggesting is that if you are seeing this issue on newer android S phones, to add in the <user-permission> for getting the AD_ID if using the current SDK, 20.0.4. After all this if the issue still persist, we suggest then to contact our Product Support Team , as they have the tools to look into the ad serving side of this.
