Google play swears at the game 3+ with ads for a reward

There are no pop-up ads in my game, only rewarding ones, my game is 3+. And google play administrators write to me that in my game there is an advertisement that cannot be canceled within 5 seconds, and thus I violate the rules of applications for the whole family. I tell them that there are no pop-up ads in my game and you can not click on rewarding ads at all and then there will be no ads. What should I do? I have seen many 3+ games that have rewarding ads

Hi Gamy,

Here's how to Comply with Google Play’s Families Policy using AdMob. A note right above this link states that apps in the Designed For Families Program as Primarily child-directed apps and users signed into Google accounts managed with Family Link automatically have all content treated as child-directed for all ad requests.

If the above doesn't help, could you privately send us a Charles log with proxying enabled of your app receiving a non compliant rewarded ad, combined with all the settings you set to get the achieved policy compliance that this ad violated?

Hello, I use age 6+ in the target audience and unchecked the "App for the whole family" section, I thought they would leave me behind. I use google admob ads, and only rewarding ones, and if suddenly Google ads are not shown, then Unity ads are shown.

Again, I don't have popup ads, only rewards, what should I do?

Can you elaborate more what you mean by "Google ads are not shown, then Unity ads are shown"? Can you confirm if you are referring to the Unity ads on the mediation network? Also, can you provide us what my colleague Aryeh are requesting previously, like a copy of Charles log with proxying enabled of your app receiving a non compliant rewarded ad, combined with all the settings you set to get the achieved policy compliance that this ad violated?
