Why is mediation optimization always pending?

I am having issue to optimize all my third party ads network that I have added to the mediation group.
After I filled all credentials of Chartboost and Unity Ads, the status of the network is always pending optimization (see below screenshot). 
It's been almost 2 weeks and it seems the status will never change. 

Can anyone share with me how to fix it and let Admob optimize all network?

Really appreciate it.

Hello Simeng, 

The Ad Networks in the account dashboard will be verifying your app first before their eCPM values can be pulled by AdMob. The "Pending" status indicates that the verifying process is still on-going. Having said that, this should not affect your ad serving in any way. You can always contact our AdMob Product Support Team for any queries regarding your account.

You will have to contact the AdMob Product Support Team as they are better equipped to address the Pending Optimization queries in much more detail. You can reach out to them via the Contact Us button on the upper right hand corner of this page. Make sure to login with your Gmail/AdMob account to contact the support team. You may refer to the related StackOverflow post for more information on this.

I've the same problem.

Mediation sources are pending for months

I cannot contact AdMob Support, I don't find contact button

How can I do to contact the suppor?

Thank you Bharani, but there is no contact button on the upper right hand of the link posted.
I logged with our AdMob account

I can show only the AdMob Guide in this page, on the upper right hand there is the Google bar, and a link to the AdMob Console.

Maybe, that button appears only in some language, I'm Italian.

Can you please give me the mail or direct link of contact support

If you are not able to access the link which I have provided then that could be because your AdMob account falls under this category (earning less than $25 a week). If that is the case, I'd suggest that you use the AdMob Help Center or refer to this StackOverflow post for further assistance on this issue.

Hi, our app was published 10 days ago.

Earning is higher than 25$, but yet I cannot see the contact button

Yet, mediation sources is in pending status.

High impression and low eCPM with AdMob Network
Low impression and high eCPM with other sources

It's frustrating, because it's easier to change SDK than contact AdMob support.

I have more than 1000 impressions.

I can wait some days, maybe admob is gethering informations.
But if it doesn't distribute impressions on the other sources, is slower, I think.

PS. troubleshooter doesn't work, maybe for the same reason that there are not the contact button.

Hi, It's been over a year now.

Again the optimization system escapes my understanding.

In practice, the mediations are always waiting for optimization or the update is more than 7 days old.

I don't have many weekly impressions, around 2000.

But before investing in advertising, I wanted to understand if this mediation worked well and for now it still isn't.

In the consoles of the respective advertising channels the value of eCPM is always present.
