#    List as sections
#
#    You can define all the "list" as [section:key].
#    Each line will be considered as a option to the list.
#    Let's take [app] / source.exclude_patterns.
#    Instead of doing:
#
#[app]
#source.exclude_patterns = license,data/audio/*.wav,data/images/original/*
#
#    This can be translated into:
#
#[app:source.exclude_patterns]
#license
#data/audio/*.wav
#data/images/original/*
#

#    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
#    Profiles
#
#    You can extend section / key with a profile
#    For example, you want to deploy a demo version of your application without
#    HD content. You could first change the title to add "(demo)" in the name
#    and extend the excluded directories to remove the HD content.
#
#[app@demo]
#title = My Application (demo)
#
#[app:source.exclude_patterns@demo]
#images/hd/*
#
#    Then, invoke the command line with the "demo" profile:
#
#buildozer --profile demo android debug

This is the buildozer.spec

    def __init__(self, **kwargs):
        self.icon = 'images/corona.jpg'
        unitID = "ca-app-pub-ENTER"
        banner = "ca-app-pub-ENTER"
        interstitial = "ca-app-pub-ENTER"

        #banner = TestIds.BANNER
        #interstitial = TestIds.INTERSTITIAL
        try:
            self.ads = KivMob(unitID)
            self.ads.new_interstitial(interstitial)
            p = self.ads.request_interstitial()
            print(f"interstitial: {p}")
            self.ads.new_banner(banner, top_pos=True)
            p = self.ads.request_banner()
            print(f"banner: {p}")
            self.ads.show_banner()

this is the main even if it is not completed, but it should work but it doesn't.
I am testing on an Huawei with android 7.0 and my AdAccount have been activated.
Any suggestions thanks.

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Since you mentioned that you were able to display test ads on your end, then it's safe to assume that your code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK is fine. Could you kindly provide us the following details in order for us to debug your issue further? Regards,

Hi there,

The tests on your ad unit id shows an error code 3 which means the ad request was successful, but no ad was returned due to lack of ad inventory. That's an ad serving issue. The SDK could be properly calling the AdMob API with a request and be given no ads. I can refer you to the the AdMob Help Center to help you with ad serving issues. As an aside, it may be worthwhile to investigate if your account is set up correctly. Any small difference from full setup, including setting up a payment system, getting a pin and making sure that your account is in good standing without violations or throttling can affect ad serving. On the other hand, I had to mask your latest post because it contains sensitive information. Below is a copy of your post scrubbed.

Hello thanks for the reply:

here are my Ids:

    unitID = "ca-app-pub-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx~xxxxxxxxxx"

    banner = "ca-app-pub-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxx"

    interstitial = "ca-app-pub-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxx"

I really didn't have any error code when loaded, it just didn't show the ads. (while the test worked just fine)
