How To Create Youtube Shorts Style Or TikTok Style Ad Formats FOr My Mobile Apps

Hi,

I am trying to find a solution to implement youtube short style video ad formats for the full page scrollable video feed inside my app. The ad will appear in the feed after every 4th or 5th vertical video in the feed. I want vertical native video as well as banner ads compete for the same placement.

Please share some guidance or if you already have some sample implementations for this available.
