Ads failing to show

i'm trying to show a banner ad in my app but it's failing to show. I was receiving code 3, No Ad Config." on onAdFailedToLoad(). Using the test banner id it does work ok however.

I've since deployed my app to production and it's live on the play store, but still the ads fails to show.

Any help with this please?
