Problem of low ad display

I have a problem with my account, which is the lack of ads appearing and they appear a little a day. I do not understand the reason, knowing that there are requests, and in the end the company restricted my account.

If your ad serving has been limited, you can learn more about what it means and what you can do. To better understand what may have caused the ad serving limit, visit our Guide for Ad Serving Limits and also refer to the Ad serving limits .

It is important to follow AdMob Policies, as well as Implementation Guidelines to avoid any issues. 

If the issue still persists, kindly provide the below information privately for further investigation. So that we can have full visibility of your implementation.

• app ID
• ad unit ID

Hi,

Consider am getting 10000 request in a day from all over the world locations.

Minimum 100 request will get no fill due to demographic or something else.

So I need to show my house ads for that 100 request, is it possible.

That was my question. Not regards to ad limit.
