UMPConsentForm in iOS is present in view hierarchy even when not presented to user, posing accessibility issue

I am doing an accessibility optimization for iOS, but running into the issue that the UMPConsentForm is present in the view hierarchy, even when it is the back window that is not seen and also it was not presented (previously agreed)

this is a problem with voiceover as it starts to read the dialog

implemented according to google online doc...

any ideas to behave this proper?

We were unable to reproduce the issue, kindly provide us the screen recording of this behaviour along with the device details. Once received we would be sharing it with wider team for further investigation.

Hi  Peter,

I've checked and can see UMPWindowiew is present in window, It might be intentional behavior and kept hide due to some feature.
Are you facing any issue with this ? kindly share more insight if it is effecting any functional area on your side.

Yes, it presents an accessibility issue, as the voice over screen reader still detects the windows
