AdMob ads is not showing on device but work on emulator

Hi, i add my android app to Store 3 days ago.

Ads are showing on emulator but not on normal device. I also try:

- disable  PropGuard (ads still not showing)

- i also create emptyActivity and there only (ads still not showing)

When i install app directly from .apk file on my phone Ads are showing correctly but if i download the same .apk file oficially from Store Play then ads are not showing. Everyone type of ads, banner, video reward and fullscreen is not working.

To fast fix my problem i send You my appID, link store and banner ID.

Thanks for reaching out to us. This is a known issue and our team has fixed this and we started seeing that few publishers who reported this issue are seeing the ads again. Can you try again with our sample apps and  can you try installing the apk again to load ads and let us know if you still not seeing the ads?  If you are not seeing ads, please share your complete device logs and Charles logs (here are setup instructions) when those specific Ads were loaded? You can use "Reply Privately to Author" option to share the details privately.

Please note that we are able to load ads with your Ad unit Ids using our sample apps without any issues.

Ok, I will check this today. Yesyerday i check implementation using Google AdMob Ads Test Suite and i have four 'green ok' symbols (manifest, sdk, load and 4th ok symbol) but Ads still not working.
You can see Ads from my appID becouse Your test app is not from store play. When i install app directyly from .apk file ads are showing but with label 'Test Ad' but if i download the same apk file with the same source code then ads is not showing and Video Reward ads give log "there are no video"

Hi, ads are showing correctly after few days but when i update my app on play store ads again is not showing... i need wait again few days to bring ads back?

Hi Karol,

If it was updated recently, we would suggest that you wait a couple of days more and see if you are seeing the Ads again. Our team is also looking into the issue and we will come back with an update as soon as we have one.
