The ad for our app on iOS is not being displayed. We have confirmed that our App ID and Ad ID are correct. We have ensured that the app-ads.txt and ads.txt files are in order. We have verified that our market URL is correct. Is there something wrong with our settings? Our other apps are displaying ads. Could our ad distribution have been suspended?

Kindly provide the below information via the reply to author option for further investigation

• app ID
• ad unit ID
• Mobile Ads SDK Version

So that we will review your account and let you know why ads aren’t showing.
