App dont show ADs

I got next errors

[Log] (Ads) Interstitial on ad load failed Internal error

[Log] (Ads) Reward on ad load failed No fill

On test device, test ads run fine. But on any other phone i got this

I would like to checking,have to waiting for something good more up please.

Its still dont work (only test ads)

Michael here and I work along with Teejay.

 

Would you be able to confirm if this is still an issue as of this moment? Asking this as when I tested your ad unit ids using our sample apps, it appears that the ads are showing as expected. If the issue persist on your end, would you be able to confirm if using our test ad units here on your app returns the same behavior of not showing the ads? If that is the case, then it may be an implementation issue. We would recommend to check our sample apps and use it as reference for your own integration. Should you need further assistance from us on that area, we would require for you to share to us your own sample project implementation.

 

Moreover, if you are using an emulator or test devices for showing the ads, it is expected for it to have the "test ads" text display on the ad itself. This should only not be available if you are using an actual device and running an app that came from the play store / app store.
