Anr and Crashes In Unity

Hi, we are using Ads sdk 19.8.0 in Unity 2018.4.29. For past 3 months anr and crashes have increased rapidly after upgrading the sdk. Last sdk for unity which was released on November was v5.4.0, after that new sdk is not updated. When can we expect new sdk for Unity and will this new version fix these anrs ?

I'm afraid that there is no new unity package what will be release as of the moment. With regard to ANR, could you please provide the following details via Reply privately to author option or send it directly to mobileads...@gmail.com?

Stack traces
Percentage occurrence of the crash
Device name and Android version of devices affected

Hi Priyanka,

I work with Pamela and will assist you. Thank you for giving us the ANR logs and device OS logs. Although this occurs when you updated the Mobile Ads plugin there's no obvious involvement of our SDK in this ANR as our symbols don't show up. Can you also give us a thread dump?

Also, if you stumble across a reliable method of reproducing this please tell us. If you can reproduce this in a minimally modified bare bones sample app that would be even more helpful.

I hope you're doing well.

I just want to circle back on this. The team mentioned that some of the logs provided is not related on the ads itself. Then, your log 3 Unity SDK crash it should report to UnityAds. For your log4, the team mentioned that it is already fixed. Please let me know if you still encounter the issue so I could raise this to the team once again.
