I tried your app in an API 24 emulator and didn't replicate the crash when going to settings. Are there any specific steps to take to see the crash?

I have two real phones (Samsung SM-G920F with Android 7.0 and Elephone S8 with Android 7.1.1) that crash. The crash doesn't allow to even open the app.

All the emulated phones don't start, they immediately crash (only if the Android version is from 7.0 to 8.1).

Have you downloaded the app from the PlayStore with a real google User? I have not found any specific steps to have the crash, unfortunately.

Sorry, I forgot to add a very important specification. It is the beta version of the app that crashes.

I've tried your App on my test device (Google Pixel Android 11 API 30), and I wasn't able to replicate the issue. Since the issue occurs on an older device, would it be  possible for you to provide a screen recording capturing the crash? Once provided, I'll then raise this to the rest of the team for further investigation.

Would it be possible for you to provide a project (or at least a test project) where the issue is reproducible? This will greatly help us in the investigation. Rest assured that the shared project file will be use for investigation purposes only and will not be share externally.
